N\u00e5r kropstemperaturen er lavere, har kroppen ikke brug for s\u00e5 meget energi for at holde sig i gang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette g\u00e6lder alle pattedyr og er et trick fra evolutionen. N\u00e5r det er m\u00f8rkt, er det sv\u00e6rt at finde f\u00f8de, og derfor smart at s\u00e6nke temperaturen for at holde energiforbruget p\u00e5 et absolut minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r kroppen s\u00e6nker temperaturen, kan det ske p\u00e5 to m\u00e5der: Gennem sved eller gennem en \u00f8get blodgennemstr\u00f8mning t\u00e6t p\u00e5 huden, s\u00e5 blodet bliver k\u00f8let af.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er temperaturen omkring kroppen for h\u00f8j, kan varmen ikke afgives. Her vil kroppens eneste mulighed v\u00e6re at regulere kropstemperaturen ved at svede. N\u00e5r kroppen sveder kr\u00e6ves der store m\u00e6ngder af energi, og s\u00e5 l\u00e6nge der bruges energi p\u00e5 at bringe temperaturen ned, kan kroppen ikke slappe af og falde til ro.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>N\u00e5r dyner anvendes som lejringspuder<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De seneste \u00e5r er der kommet et \u00f8get fokus p\u00e5 lejring af den sengeliggende. Blandt andet har et projekt i Herning Kommune om kropsafgr\u00e6nsende lejring, f\u00e5et meget opm\u00e6rksomhed. Et sp\u00e6ndende projekt, hvor der arbejdes med lejring af urolige og udadreagerende borgere med sammenrullede dyner. Desv\u00e6rre skaber denne metode et andet problem; varme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For dyner og hovedpuder er ikke udviklet til at skabe stabilitet men til at skabe varme og komfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lejres der med dyner og hovedpuder, f\u00e5r det betydning for \u00e5ndbarheden. En dyne, der er rullet og presset sammen, er sv\u00e6r at \u00e5nde igennem, hvilket giver en \u00f8get ophobning af varme. Det er uheldigt, da mennesket har brug for at reducere kropstemperaturen under s\u00f8vn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den manglende \u00e5ndbarhed kan ogs\u00e5 have en negativ indvirkning p\u00e5 borgerens v\u00e6v og den oplevede komfort. De fleste, der har v\u00e6ret ramt af h\u00f8j feber, ved hvor ubehageligt det er at ligge i gennembl\u00f8dt senget\u00f8j. Desuden \u00f8ger et fugtigt sengemilj\u00f8 risikoen for maceration af v\u00e6vet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5:<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.directhealthcaregroup.com\/da\/viden-og-evidens\/176481-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00e5 styr p\u00e5 s\u00e5r og s\u00e5rtyper<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lejring: Der er lang vej endnu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er tydeligt, at der er flere faktorer der spiller ind, n\u00e5r der str\u00e6bes efter den gode s\u00f8vn. Men en overvejende faktor er varme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desv\u00e6rre er det mere reglen end undtagelsen, at der bliver brugt forh\u00e5ndenv\u00e6rende midler til at lejre med. Sofapuder, t\u00e6pper, dyner, hovedpuder, h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6der mm. kan, n\u00e5r de rulles og pakkes, som udgangspunkt v\u00e6re fine til at give kropsafgr\u00e6nsning. Men hvad med varmens indvirkning p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnen?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At manglende mulighed for at regulere kropstemperaturen har en direkte negativ p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnen, b\u00f8r v\u00e6re en faktor, der prioriteres i arbejdet med de borgere, der er immobile og ikke kan lejre sig selv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her skal de der yder pleje og omsorg for dem, v\u00e6re kl\u00e6dt p\u00e5 til at skabe pr\u00e6missen for en god s\u00f8vnkvalitet. Dette g\u00f8res blandt andet ved at s\u00f8rge for en god kropstemperatur, og muligheden for at komme af med varmen.
