Direct Healthcare Services are proudly supporting this year\u2019s Worldwide Stop Pressure Ulcer day which takes place on 21st<\/sup> November. The Worldwide Stop Pressure Ulcer day is co-ordinated by EPUAP, the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel.<\/p>\n

With a strong focus on pressure ulcer prevention, Direct Healthcare Services work closely with NHS Trusts year round to help support education of what can be done to win the battle for zero avoidable pressure ulcers. With awareness being the first step in winning this battle, please help support the Worldwide Stop Pressure Ulcer Day and help alleviate the often unnecessary suffering and pain caused by pressure ulcers.<\/p>\n

As part of our efforts to support this important event, Direct Healthcare Services are sponsoring the supply of awareness and education materials for many of our\u00a0NHS customers, including South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospital of North Staffordshire NHS Trust.<\/p>\n
