Bent u aan uw bed of stoel gebonden? Verander dan zoveel mogelijk van houding. Zelfs de kleinste beweging zoals het verleggen van een arm of been bevordert de doorbloeding al! Als u half zit is de druk op uw stuit lager en zakt u minder onderuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zet zowel hoofd- en voeteneinde van het bed regelmatig iets omhoog. Bij circa 30\u2070 is de druk het kleinst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eet of drink zoveel mogelijk in een half zittende houding, 60\u2070.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Als u op uw zij ligt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lig bij voorkeur half op uw zij in plaats van helemaal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leg kussens tegen uw onderrug, tussen uw knie\u00ebn en onder uw arm. U loopt meer risico op doorliggen als u te zwaar of te licht bent. Eet en drink gezond en voldoende.
